GOD'S DESTINY FOR YOU!

That is quite a thought! You may be thinking, “I have a destiny”?

In fact, you have at least two destinies! Our ultimate goal, our ultimate destiny is Heaven. However, while we are here on this side of the sun, with our feet planted on this earth, we have a desired destiny from our Lord and Savior. You are a solution to a kingdom problem . It may be for your family; it may be for your work; it may be for just one person.

Jonah was called to declare God's judgment upon a whole city. He ran from the call God had for him; to tell Nineveh to repent or be destroyed by God. God had a solution for them. SALVATION. Jonah ran because he knew they were his enemy, yet God wanted to use him for a kingdom problem. As we know, God did get his attention. Even though Jonah had a lot of issues to deal with he did finally come around and did it God's way. Notice where the issues were dealt with! The belly of a great fish.

Sometimes in the depth of our problems and issues God will allow us to deal with them in the midst of our worst struggles. The answer? Simply come around and do it God's way.

We can learn these facts from Jonah:

• Disobedience drives us from the presence of the Lord.
• Prayer and repentance will bring us back to the Lord
• Believing God's Word will restore us to the Lord
• God is gracious, merciful, slow to anger and abundant in loving kindness

You have a destiny and God wants to use you today to be a solution for a kingdom problem. He works through His children.

Are you one of His? You can be. Just admit you're a sinner; Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and that He is the Son of God; Confess your sin and be saved. That is the total sum of a kingdom solution.
