“I'm a 17 year old girl whose problem started when I was 7 years old and was sexually abused. This caused emotional problems throughout my childhood. At the age of 15 I was raped by an unknown male which caused my emotional pain to increase. I wanted to die and be with my Grandmother who had already passed on. The emotional pain was so severe I wanted to commit suicide and would cut myself with razor blades because the physical pain would override my emotional pain. This got so bad that I started cutting myself every day, which caused me to be hospitalized15 times within a year and a half. I've been treated by many physicians and a host of counselors, however none of these could relieve my emotional pain which caused me to continue to cut.

      "I bumped into a lady in the mall who saw the scars on my arms and said 'I know where there are people who can help you' and suggested that I go through the 5-Day Biblical Counseling Program. This program has completely changed my life and I've been totally set free through Jesus Christ from my cutting and the emotional pain. And now I'm going to help work with the staff of Addicts Victorious so I can help other cutters and emotionally disturbed people find this freedom through my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. At this point I want to personally thank all the people who support this program. That makes it possible for people like me to get the help they need when they are so desperately in need.”
