“I was born in Russia my mother was a severe alcoholic, there was seven of us children but only 3 girls survived. We lived on the streets until I was 6 years old. From 6 years old we lived in an orphanage. When I was 12 years old a missionary introduced us to Jesus and that night I asked Jesus that if he got me out of the orphanage I would serve Him the rest of my life.

    "A year later at the age 13 my sister and I were adopted by a wonderful Christian family. After high school I left home and moved to Tulsa Oklahoma where I got into a bad relationship and I started using drugs with my boyfriend. I ended up losing everything that I ever had including my number one love which was Jesus Christ. At this point I cried out for help. I then moved to where my sister lived and she told me about a ministry that I got involved with. I still had not totally surrendered and was still using drugs.

    "After completing my time in that ministry I was still seeking more of God when a friend told me about the Addicts Victorious 5-Day Biblical Counseling Program which I attended. In the 5-Day biblical Counseling Program I learned more about myself and who I was in Christ and how to trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding. I want to thank all the people who help make this ministry possible and for helping me find out who I am in Christ.”
