I'd been in this particular addiction with pain medication for a heavy one year. I'm 47 years old, but started the use of drugs and alcohol at age 11. My name is Marla Marshall, and here is my testimony.

    I never expected to get out of this program what I'm walking away with. I came with addiction to pain medication and the first day of the program I was delivered from that. I never expected to get so much more than that. I never realized how easy this was going to be. It felt so hard trying to do it on my own and I had prayed about it and stuff and it just took the power of God through this program to just let me know how easy it was to drop the drug. I am very thankful for everyone that is in this program and they made it so easy to get here. All I can say is I just finally let go and let God take control. I recommend this program to anyone with any type of struggle in their life, not just drugs or addiction, but also just for a spiritual awakening. I never dreamed I'd see such a divine intervention when I came to this program. I remember leaving home I thought I was going to ‘treatment'; that is such a joke to say ‘treatment' because it has been nothing like a treatment center or a rehab, its just been an awesome experience with God. After that first day, my problem was solved and then I started to work on another problem.

   A man in the program that needed salvation, who wasn't sure there was a God, he didn't believe or disbelieve, but by the time the fifth day came, Jesus revealed Himself to him, and I saw his salvation with my eyes. This is just to let you know, anything you need to get out of this program you can get. All you have to do is let go and let God and make that phone call to Addicts Victorious.
